The Art of Mindfulness

Meditation is a gift we can give ourselves that enables us to slow down, experience life fully, and deeply understand and connect with ourselves.
Mindfulness teaches us to slow down and pay attention to being in the present moment, while letting go of judgement. When we are mindful of the present moment we enjoy life to the fullest; we experience life through our senses, we let go of all the clutter in our heads.
Meditation helps us to alter our habitual patterns of behaviour, pause and choose how we act.
Among it's many benefits, meditation has been proven to increase telomerase - the caps at the end of our genes which can reduce cell damage and help lengthen our lives.
Meditation brain levels and restorative function, to fatigued to meditate it is exactly what you need...
It is beneficial for eveyone, mums, busy executives, 
Mindfulness classes are non religious they are an intelligent method of creating deeper relaxation and awareness. You don't have to sit in any pose you choose a comfortable position for you. It might be seated or lying down.
In daily life we recommend you dedicate time each day to practice 20 - 60 minutes, better still time in the morning and evening. Once you get into the groove, you will find it is something you look forward to.
