Meditation Classes
Meditation is an intelligent practice that creates deeper relaxation and awareness. You don't have to sit in any pose, you choose a comfortable position for you. In our classes you will be guided through wonderful meditations that will leave you feeling peaceful, relaxed and rejuvenated. Suitable for beginners.

Beginners 
If you are beginner our Beginners Courses are a great way get started. If you are unable to make the course  Hatha Yoga classes are the best place to start if you are interested in yoga or you can drop in to any meditation class.
Pricing
Casual $15
​Concession 10 sessions $120
Concessions can be used for both yoga and meditation classes.
